Technician

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on arcade games to minimize downtime and maintain like-new condition.
• Collaborate with the Technical Manager or General Manager to develop and execute a preventive maintenance plan.
• SOURCE AND MANAGE GAME PARTS TO MINIMIZE EXPENSES AND MAINTAIN ACCURATE TRACKING IN THE WEB-BASED SYSTEM.
• Communicate all arcade operational issues promptly to management.
• Aid guests with game issues in a friendly and timely manner.
• Keep token changers, ticket stations, and instant win merchandise stocked and functioning properly.
• Follow all security procedures for token collection, storage, and company assets.
• Assist with game cleaning, ticket loading, and general arcade upkeep.
• SUPPORT OTHER LOCATIONS WITH GAME SETUPS, MOVES, AND OPERATIONAL IMPROVEMENTS AS NEEDED.
• Maintain compliance with all company policies, regulatory requirements, and safety standards.
• POLICY: PERFORM OTHER RELATED DUTIES AS ASSIGNED BY MANAGEMENT

Requirements

• High School diploma and some technical training.
• Minimum one year of technical experience or equivalent training through classwork or previous employment.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
