About the role
We are looking for a talented Technician Apprentice to join our team specializing in Diesel Engines for our Distribution Business in Williston, ND.
Responsibilities
- Make an impact by completing a development program with the support of our coaching technicians and managers.
- Receive an Associate in Applied Science (AAS) degree, Automotive & Diesel Technology.
- Obtain U.S. Department of Labor Trade Certificates for Diesel Engines.

- Ability to work with small hand tools while maintaining overall safety.
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs.
Requirements
- Must meet the minimum community college general education course requirement of 2.8 GPA High School (unweighted), or 22 ACT score, or GED with one year of college including Math and English with a minimum 2.8 GPA.
- Technical Escalation - Obtain product technical issue information and utilize available resources including data management tools; elevate issues to a higher level of expertise, balancing timeliness of customer response with investigation efforts; capture all troubleshooting steps in the appropriate database in order to ensure seamless transitions and accurate response to ticket resolution in a timely manner.

Qualifications
- A current valid license is required for this role.
- Must be 18 years old with 2 years driving experience.
Benefits
- This role requires a 5 year motor vehicle report, free from major violations.
- This position is subject to Federal Transit Administration random and pre-employment drug testing requirements. This role will be subject to on-going random drug and alcohol testing.
Pay
Min Salary: $45,760
Max Salary: $68,640
Schedule
This role requires 100% in-person/On-site work.
