Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with DOT, FERC, OSHA, USCG, and other governing organizations as applicable.
- Maintains the facility recognizing the environmental consequences of actions taken and striving for the highest levels of environmental and safety compliance.
- Records maintenance data and informs supervisor of potential problems and failures in a timely manner.
- Works with Analyzer/Measurement Supervisor and production team to resolve problems and improve plant reliability and safety.
- Performs maintenance and calibration on all gas chromatographs, CO2, H2O, Instruments.
- Performs maintenance and calibration on meter skid instrumentation and related instruments.
- Performs maintenance and calibration on tank gauging instrumentation and systems.
- Trains on environmental, safety, operations, and security procedures.
- Performs all duties applying safety protocols and adhering to regulatory mandates.
- Diagnose malfunctioning analyzer systems and components using test equipment and hand tools to find the cause of breakdown and correct the problem.
- Maintain calibration gases for analyzers.
- Able to work weekends, holidays and respond to callouts on a non-routine basis.
- Must be able to respond to off hour emergencies.
- Performs the duties of an Analyzer/Measurement Technician.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- Formal education in related technical or engineering discipline or related military training/experience is desirable.
- Technician 2: 2+ years relevant work experience required.
- Technician 3: 4+ years relevant work experience required.
Qualifications
- Understand plant surroundings and can identify relevant equipment.
- Possess basic knowledge of safe handling practices, governmental regulations and related technical and safety codes, standards, and reporting requirements.
- Possess knowledge of plant rules and guidelines regarding relevant equipment operations, certification requirements, FERC, USCG, DOT, and OSHA regulations.
- Possess knowledge of plant equipment maintenance protocols, equipment diagnostics, and building construction and repairs.
Skills
- Ability to work weekends, holidays and respond to callouts on a non-routine basis.
- Ability to respond to off hour emergencies.

Pay
Salary range for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Available to work a rotating shift schedule, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
