About the role
Working under direct supervision of the Team Leader, Depot, and selecting from a variety of established procedures, the Technician 1 is responsible for diagnosing, fixing, upgrading, and configuring computer systems and other products ordered by customers, ranging from low to marginally complex complexity levels.
Responsibilities
- Performs moderate to marginally advanced configuration jobs with minimal assistance from Senior Technicians and Leads while following work instruction documents.
- Ensures that hardware/software installed on customer’s system is compatible and at the desired version level.
- Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalency.
- CompTIA A+ or ITF+ Certification is preferred (or must obtain within 6 months of hire date).
Pay
Min USD $20.19/Hr. Max USD $25.48/Hr.
