Technician 1

Responsibilities

• Performs moderate to marginally advanced configuration jobs with minimal assistance from Senior Technicians and Leads while following work instruction documents.
• Ensures that hardware/software installed on customer’s system is compatible and at the desired version level.
• Performs all other duties or special projects as assigned.

Requirements

• High School or equivalency
• CompTIA A+ or ITF+ Certification is preferred. (or must obtain within 6 months of hire date)
• Min USD $20.19/Hr.
• Max USD $25.48/Hr.
