About the role

The Technical Writer is responsible for producing and managing high-quality technical documentation. This role supports project and customer-facing needs by collaborating with management and technical teams to ensure documents meet user requirements. The position plays a key role in delivering clear and accurate information that facilitates project success.

Responsibilities

• Research, write, edit, and verify technical documents
• Collaborate with management, technical, and project staff to develop documentation
• Manage administrative, formatting, and editing tasks throughout the document lifecycle
• Ensure documents meet customer requirements and user needs

Requirements

• Experience with time management
• Preferred experience with DevOps, Smartsheet, and Copilot/ChatGPT

Pay

$40 - $45 hourly depending on experience.
