Technical Writer - National Capital Region (NCR); Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance with Polygraph

About the role

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating technical documentation that meets high standards of clarity and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain user manuals, installation guides, and other technical documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software developers, product managers, and marketing teams.
• Ensure all documentation complies with company policies and industry standards.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and trends in the field.

Requirements

• A bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in technical writing or a closely related field.
• Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
