About the role

The role sits at the cutting edge of modern B2B demand generation, combining executive thought leadership on social media with advanced search visibility. You will own and execute a new LinkedIn strategy designed to translate our founding team into prominent industry influencers, ghostwriting high-authority narrative content that drives brand search and captures the attention of enterprise RevOps, Sales, and IT executives.

Responsibilities

  • Technical Content Creation: Research and write technical "pillar pages" and deep-dives that serve as InAir's authoritative blueprints for enterprise system design.
  • Generative Engine Optimization (GEO): Optimize evergreen content for AI Search engines and traditional SEO. Structure articles with clear schema, technical terminology, and authoritative definitions so that AI models cite InAir as the primary reference.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal technical and engineering teams to ensure operational accuracy of all technical assets.
  • Social Media Amplification: Collaborate with the Head of Marketing to repurpose long-form technical guides into high-authority social media copy, outlining carousels and drafting creative briefs for design.
  • LinkedIn Execution: Support the execution of the LinkedIn content calendar by drafting narrative-driven posts that align with InAir's thought leadership positioning.
  • Brand Voice Governance: Enforce InAir’s "Architecture-First" voice across all written assets, keeping copy professional, direct, and focused on systems logic while eliminating generic SaaS marketing jargon.
  • Analytics & Performance: Track and analyze search rankings and AI citations using Google Search Console and monitoring tools to continuously optimize content indexability.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in B2B technical writing, content marketing, or copywriting, with a strong focus on SEO and B2B content creation.
  • Technical Writing Depth: Proven capability to write deeply about technical topics (such as database normalization, schema design, API boundaries, and automation logic) for executive audiences (CTOs, RevOps, IT).
  • AI Search Mechanics: Familiarity with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and AI search citation mechanics (how models crawl, synthesize, and source information).
  • Database Familiarity: Basic hands-on experience with Airtable and a strong conceptual understanding of relational database concepts (tables, linked fields, and basic automation logic).
  • Languages: C1/C2 English proficiency with exceptional written communication skills.
  • Experience in enterprise software, RevOps, IT, or systems consulting.
  • Basic understanding of HTML/CSS structure and metadata tagging to assist with search indexability.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Zapier, Make, and social analytics tools (like Taplio or Shield App).

Qualifications

  • Search & SEO: Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs, SEO schema markup, AI citation monitoring tools.
  • Social & Analytics: Shield App, Taplio, LinkedIn Analytics.
  • Database & Systems: Airtable (basic hands-on experience) and HubSpot.
  • Creative & Collaboration: Google Docs, Figma (basic collaboration), Slack.
  • Feedback-Driven: Receptive to constructive feedback from both marketing leadership and technical teams.
  • Analytical Mindset: Diagnostic thinker able to break down a technical error or system bottleneck and explain it simply.
  • Autonomy & Speed: High agency; comfortable taking a raw technical outline and turning it into a polished asset quickly.
  • Tone Alignment: Direct, unsentimental, and precise tone that matches InAir's brand voice.
