Key Responsibilities
- Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation including: oProcedures oWork Instructions oForms oTemplates oGuidance Documents
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather technical information.
- Utilize AI-powered writing and research tools (e.g. Microsoft Copilot, or similar) to accelerate drafting, editing, summarization, and content organization while ensuring technical accuracy and consistency.
- Review AI-generated content for correctness, completeness, and compliance with company documentation standards.
- Develop and maintain documentation templates, style guides, and content governance practices.
- Organize and improve documentation within knowledge management systems.
- Continuously identify opportunities to automate and improve documentation workflows using AI technologies.
- Ensure documentation remains current with product releases and feature updates.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of professional technical writing experience.
- Demonstrated experience using AI tools to improve documentation development and editing workflows.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and best practices for generating high-quality technical content with AI.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
