We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The description includes "Description And Requirements" then "What You Will Do" then "What You Will Bring" then "Why join us?" etc. We need to use for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role: The initial paragraph describing role: "The O&M Technical Training Specialist I supports the delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of technical training programs for O&M personnel across Wind, Solar, and BESS..." That's about the role. So we can have
for section headings like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide which sections have content.
We have:
- About the role: The initial paragraph describing role: "The O&M Technical Training Specialist I supports the delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of technical training programs for O&M personnel across Wind, Solar, and BESS..." That's about the role. So we can have About the role
with
containing that paragraph. - Responsibilities: The "What You Will Do" section with bullet list of duties. We need to use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we need to extract responsibilities list. The text includes many responsibilities grouped under headings: Training Delivery and Facilitation, Curriculum and Learning Content Support, Qualification, Certification, and Training Records, Training Operations and Coordination, Program Quality and Collaboration. We can combine them into a single list or separate sublists? The instruction: Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Could create a
- with each duty as
- . Might be long but okay.
We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include each duty as separate list item, preserving the details.
We need to avoid repeating job title as heading. Not include Job ID etc.
- Requirements: The "What You Will Bring" includes qualifications: Bachelor’s degree etc, Associate degree etc, 5+ years experience, knowledge of regulations, computer skills, initiative, team player, ability to influence, customer focus, travel availability, safety management systems, SAP knowledge plus, communication skills, physical activities, mental functions. Also maybe "Training center-based with occasional travel..." That's more about job context but could be in Requirements or About the role. We'll treat as Requirements.
We need to use
- for list of requirements.
- Skills: Could be separate section for skills like MS Office, LMS, Adobe Products, SAP knowledge plus, communication, interpersonal, organizational. But we could incorporate into Requirements or Skills. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So maybe combine Requirements and Skills into one "Requirements" section that includes both qualifications and skills. But we have separate headings allowed: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to include a section only when posting has real specific content. We have content for both qualifications and skills. Could split:
Qualifications
for education/experience,Skills
for technical and soft skills. That seems okay. - Benefits: The "Why join us?" includes pay range, benefits description: healthcare, life insurance, disability, retirement, flexible spending accounts, tuition reimbursement, professional development allowance, 401k match, PTO details, paid leave programs, career growth, brand reputation, etc. Also mention "Benefits are effective as of day one!" So we have Benefits section. - Pay: The pay range is mentioned: "$75,000 - $88,000 annually." Also note base pay based on factors. So we need a Pay section. According to instruction: never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. Pay is stated, so include Pay section. - Schedule: Not mentioned explicitly; no schedule info like full-time, shift, etc. There's travel up to 25% but not schedule. So we should not create Schedule section. We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, scam warning, etc. Remove those. We must not include duplicated lines. We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft. Structure:About the role
... (the description paragraph)
