About the role

As a Technical Trainer, you will partner with staff on the development and implementation of technical field guides, train employees, and serve as the subject matter expert for technical issues. Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities are critical for success. This position requires the ability to travel across the United States and work a flexible and varied schedule, including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement technical field guides
  • Train employees on technical topics
  • Serve as the subject matter expert for technical issues

Requirements

  • Previous lineman experience, or 5+ years of experience in technical training or a related field
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Graduate of the NTI program preferred
  • Valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
  • Ability to travel nationwide
