About the role

Strengthening our nation’s power grid isn’t easy, but reliable electrical service is essential to everyday life. Every time someone charges an iPhone, cranks up the A/C, or turns on a computer, we are busy behind the scenes making it happen.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with staff on the development and implementation of technical field guides
  • Train employees and serve as the subject matter expert for technical issues
  • Remain detail oriented and maintain organization
  • Travel across the United States and work a flexible and varied work schedule, including nights and weekends

Requirements

  • Previous lineman experience, or 5+ years of experience in technical training or related field
  • Competent with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Graduate of the NTI program preferred
  • A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record

Pay
