Technical Trainer

Overview

The Technical Trainer develops and presents training programs for customers and in-house employees. Located in Tewksbury, MA, the position offers a salary range of $83,800 - 101,600 per year plus a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates with sales, marketing and engineering to identify program needs, obtains technical data and schedules programs.
• Designs and develops comprehensive technical training programs for employees and customers, customizing learning modules to meet the specific needs of different departments, customers and products.
• Leads technical training sessions, delivering content in an engaging, clear and structured manner.
• Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments and performance metrics.
• Teaches trainees to measure their learning progress.

Requirements

• Experience in delivering complex technical content in a clear and effective manner to diverse audiences.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into accessible training technologies.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaboratively with customers and teams across the organization.
