About the role

Provides support to end users on a variety of issues. Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems. Responds to telephone calls, email and personnel requests for technical support. Documents, tracks and monitors the problem to ensure a timely resolution.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in a related area or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in the field or a related area

• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job
• Works under immediate supervision
• Typically reports to a supervisor or manager

Details

• Experience in low-voltage cabling, telecom, data centers, construction, warehouse, manufacturing, or logistics
• Ability to safely lift and move up to 35 lbs repeatedly
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods
• Ability to read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Comfortable working in varying temperatures and wearing required PPE
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills for documentation, ticketing, and inventory systems
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and meet operational deadlines
• Ability to push, pull, and maneuver server racks, carts, and equipment safely as part of a team

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
