About the role

Inbound Calls – no sales calls or cold calling

Responsibilities

• Pre-Sales Assistance
  • Answer questions about products from our catalogs and help screens
  • Enter orders – sample swatches, quotes, new orders
• Post-Sales Assistance
  • Status updates/order tracking
  • Troubleshooting using available guides
  • Enter orders – parts, repair, remakes
  • Issue credits

Requirements

• Education and Experience: High school diploma
• Basic computer skills
• Good communication skills (written, oral, listening, approachable)
• Ability to build relationships with customers
• Good analytical skills
• Multitasking skills
• Reliability

Physical Requirements

Work conditions are normal for an office environment; hours for this role are 10:00 am – 6:30 pm, or 11:30 am – 8:00 pm Monday – Friday.
