About the role
Technical Support Specialist opportunity with a leading manufacturer of industrial laser systems. Full-time, direct hire position onsite in Oxford, MA. This hands‑on technical support role supports customers remotely via phone and email, troubleshooting advanced manufacturing equipment and working directly with electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems. This is not an IT support role.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot industrial equipment for customers across a variety of manufacturing environments
- Work with electrical schematics, sensors, motors, power supplies, and control systems
- Opportunity to support cutting‑edge laser technology and manufacturing equipment
Requirements / Skills
- Experience in electrical or electronic troubleshooting
- Experience with industrial machinery, manufacturing equipment, automation, CNC, robotics, or related systems
- Ability to read electrical drawings/schematics
- Background in technical support, field service, maintenance, or equipment repair
Pay
$22.54‑$29.87 per hour (overtime available after 40 hours)
