About the Role

We are currently seeking a Residential Technical Support Representative (TSR) to join our dynamic team. This role involves interacting directly with residential customers to resolve service-related issues and ensure high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure every customer receives outstanding service by creating a friendly environment and listening to customer needs
  • Adapt communication style to meet customer needs
  • Solve technical issues using logical thinking and standardized procedures
  • Document troubleshooting steps during conversations with customers
  • Log all calls handled
  • Respond to support emails and chats
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of all customer information
  • Make outbound calls for follow-up and support
  • Maintain schedule flexibility, including weekends and holidays

Requirements

  • Inquisitive and adept at problem-solving
  • Enjoy building rapport with customers
  • Demonstrate advocacy for both internal and external customers
  • Work in a team-oriented, professional office environment

Qualifications

  • Enthusiastic about an entry-level position in a growing company with numerous advancement opportunities
  • Excellent customer service skills with prior experience working with customers
  • The ability to learn quickly and apply coaching feedback
  • Basic knowledge and personal use of internet technologies with mobile devices and desktop computers/notebooks
  • Communicate professionally with customers, colleagues, and business contacts

Skills

  • Associates degree in Computer Technology or a related field is preferred but not required
