Overview

Lutron is seeking service-focused individuals to join their DIY and PRO Technical Support teams at their Annex office in Center Valley, PA. These roles are ideal for those passionate about delivering outstanding support and creating exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • D-IY Team Responsibilities:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to current and prospective customers by offering expert guidance on product education, selection, and compatibility — acting as a one-stop solution for their needs.
    • Build strong customer relationships through clear, confident communication and exceptional interpersonal skills that foster trust and satisfaction.
    • Provide calm, reliable support to customers navigating technical challenges, ensuring a smooth and reassuring experience.
  • P-Team Responsibilities:

    • Diagnose and resolve complex product issues by applying your technical expertise and problem-solving skills.
    • Support residential and commercial installations using your knowledge of electrical systems, networking, and system integration.
    • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to share detailed insights and feedback that drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Minimum 1 year customer facing experience required; prior troubleshooting experience a plus.

  • Must live within commutable distance of Center Valley, PA to accommodate in-office schedule.

  • Willingness and ability to work 12 to 16 weekend shifts per year (a weekend shift equals a Saturday or Sunday shift, not both weekend days).
