Technical Support Engineer - FnO Finance Support

Role Description Role Overview We are seeking candidates who have Strong functional/application support engineer with hands-on Dynamics 365 Finance experience. The role requires hands-on expertise in Finance skills including Timesheets, Number Sequence, Project Accounting/Expense Reports, Financial Reporting and localization areas.. Minimum Qualifications Dynamics 365 Finance / F&O functional support experienceStrong knowledge of: General LedgerAccounts Payable / Accounts ReceivableCash & Bank ManagementFixed AssetsFinancial ReportingPeriod close / core finance processesAbility to troubleshoot configuration, posting, transactions and application behaviorUnderstanding of roles/security and Finance application configurationExperience handling production/customer issuesStrong analytical, troubleshooting and customer-facing communication skills Good to Have Skills Project Accounting / Project OperationsExpense management / TimesheetsNumber sequences and workflowsCountry/localization experienceUnderstanding of F&O integrations with Dataverse / Power PlatformExposure to Dual-write and data entities Time of operation: This team will be in 24X7 shift model. Therefore, should be flexible to cover during holidays and weekends to accommodate MS roster.
