Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications.
  • Analyze and process data.
  • Maintain and repair instruments.
  • Solve problems and prioritize tasks.
  • Show good judgment in escalating issues.
  • Show determination and willingness to work long hours.
  • Present effectively and handle customer interactions.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Develop diagnostic and repair methodologies.
  • Report accurately and promptly.

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused, passionate about science and technology.
  • Passionate to enable customers with Bruker technology.
  • Demonstrated relationship building with both internal and external customers.
  • Able to work under pressure with prompt and accurate reporting.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand perspectives, manage conflict, and persuade and influence others.
  • Able to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities of a customer-facing technical team.
  • Able to independently plan, communicate, and execute assignments and objectives on time.
  • Able to identify and drive process and policy improvements.
  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in an engineering field from an accredited university or college.
  • Multiple years of technical experience, typically encompassing 5 years.
  • Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
