Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and applications.
- Analyze and process data.
- Maintain and repair instruments.
- Solve problems and prioritize tasks.
- Show good judgment in escalating issues.
- Show determination and willingness to work long hours.
- Present effectively and handle customer interactions.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop diagnostic and repair methodologies.
- Report accurately and promptly.
Qualifications
- Customer-focused, passionate about science and technology.
- Passionate to enable customers with Bruker technology.
- Demonstrated relationship building with both internal and external customers.
- Able to work under pressure with prompt and accurate reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to understand perspectives, manage conflict, and persuade and influence others.
- Able to develop the knowledge, skills, and abilities of a customer-facing technical team.
- Able to independently plan, communicate, and execute assignments and objectives on time.
- Able to identify and drive process and policy improvements.
- Minimum of bachelor’s degree in an engineering field from an accredited university or college.
- Multiple years of technical experience, typically encompassing 5 years.
- Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background preferred.
