Technical Support Assistant (Student Position)

Assist in maintaining an optimal network service and help decrease daily operation interruptions by using known skills to work through the system. Aide in network applications such as room scheduling, accounting software, email, personnel/ payroll database and other specialized database and/or interface applications. Assist in technical support to various departments, such as digital camera operations, internal debit charge card systems, etc. Assist and recommend selection and implementation of computer hardware and software purchases, maintenance and upgradestoachieve maximum efficiency. Assist with wiring network cables and wiring jacks. Promote awareness on the appropriate way to use technology.
