The Technical Supervisor in the Molding Department is responsible for overseeing the production processes, ensuring quality control, and managing team performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in the molding department to ensure efficient production processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or related industry.
• Strong knowledge of molding processes and materials.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

Pay

Schedule
