Job Details Lead a molding team of around twenty through daily production, process consistency and quality on the floor. What you'll do Supervise and schedule a molding team of about twenty across the shift Own daily molding output, quality and process consistency Train, develop and hold the team accountable to safety and production standards Partner with production planning and quality to resolve issues and keep the schedule on track Support continuous improvement efforts on the molding floor What we're looking for Several years of molding or foundry supervisory experience Proven ability to lead and develop an hourly team Strong communication and problem solving skills Comfortable in a fast paced production environment Interested in hearing more?
