Technical Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hands-on testing of machine equipment to ensure functionality and reliability.
• Create and update clear, user-friendly documentation & videos for service processes and equipment installation procedures.
• Travel to customer sites of new dealers to lead and train dealership technicians with machine installations and site setups to ensure maximum success of 360 RAIN.
• Answer in-bound support calls and tickets on a 1-2 week per month rotation. Diagnose and resolve the issue or quickly escalate to the next level to ensure a consistent, high-quality customer experience across all interactions.
• Work closely with the Sales Team and Engineering Team to troubleshoot issues and improve service processes.

Education & Experience

• Agricultural related degree, technical related degree, or 2+ years of related experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills (phone and written).
• Solid understanding of the agriculture industry.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and results-driven.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Takes ownership and follows through.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly.

Travel

• Anticipated travel for this role will be 10-15% depending on season.
• Some international travel assignments to Canada, Mexico, Europe, South America, South Africa, & Australia could also be expected.

Pay Range

$65,000 - $85,000
