Technical Solutions Manager - US Remote

About the role

This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Telecommunications & Hardware environment.

Location: Remote – US-based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders and IT to align technology initiatives with business goals
• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise applications, focusing on quality and risk management
• Oversee integration solutions and automate operations to ensure reliability
• Guide best practices in software development and collaborate with security teams
• Design and support AI-driven solutions contributing to AI architecture and model deployment
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear business-oriented recommendations and proposals
• Leverage enterprise networking and authentication tools to support applications

Requirements

• 3-5 years in Technical Solution/Program Management or related roles
• Proficient in Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, and PowerShell
• Strong understanding of SDLC, GitHub, Jira, SSO, and enterprise IT architecture
• Foundational knowledge of ML, NLP, and Generative AI
• Strong analytical and communication skills to influence teams

Pay

$108,200 – $137,200 annually
