You will collaborate across IT, real estate, and AI teams to drive innovation, operational efficiency, and sustainability.

About the role

We are seeking a Technical Solutions Manager to serve as a critical liaison between IT and business stakeholders. In this individual contributor role, you will bridge the gap between complex technical requirements and business objectives. While this is not a hands-on developer position, you must possess a strong grasp of IT infrastructure and application concepts to guide projects and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Partner with business leaders, IT, and vendors to align technology initiatives with business goals and influence strategic decisions.
  • Technical Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and governance of enterprise applications, ensuring quality delivery, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
  • Enterprise Solutions & Automation: Oversee integration solutions (Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, SFTP) and automate operations using PowerShell 7 (Exchange) to ensure system reliability and scalability.
  • Application & Security Leadership: Guide software development best practices, lifecycle management, and performance optimization. Partner with Security & Trust teams to implement Secure SDLC, governance, and vulnerability remediation.
  • AI & Innovation: Design and support AI-driven solutions (ML, NLP, Generative AI), contributing to AI architecture, model deployment, and governance.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into business-focused recommendations, executive presentations, and solution proposals.
  • Technical Foundation: Leverage enterprise networking (TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancing), authentication (SSO), and collaboration tools (GitHub, Jira) to support enterprise applications.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years in Technical Solution/Program Management or related leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
  • Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Informatica, PowerShell 7, and enterprise automation.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, GitHub, Jira, SSO, and enterprise IT architecture (APIs, Cloud, RESTful services).
  • Foundational understanding of ML, NLP, Generative AI, and AI architecture/governance.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with executive leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Corporate Real Estate (CRE) platforms (lease administration, space utilization, capacity planning).
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Experience with Azure/AWS, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
  • Certifications: PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM/PSM, or relevant Cloud/AI certifications.
