Technical Solution Lead

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Technical Solution Lead to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will serve as the technical point person for a client implementation, with a strong focus on solution design and execution. You will partner closely with client stakeholders, architects, and engineering teams to translate business needs into clear implementation plans. The position also requires strong documentation, integration planning, and close alignment between technical details and delivery milestones. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical lead for a client implementation, focusing on one client at a time
• Facilitate technical discovery and solution design sessions with client stakeholders
• Partner with client architects and technology teams to establish implementation strategies
• Review and approve agile stories to align business requirements with engineering needs
• Decompose business requirements into detailed, implementation-ready user stories
• Define integration parameters, validation rules, and data mappings
• Produce thorough solution documentation and guidance

Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in enterprise software implementation or solution consulting
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, data integration, and SQL
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working directly with software engineering teams
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery methodologies
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure

Pay

$135,000 – $170,000 annually
