Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end development of the E-Commerce Web Portal.
- Define and implement scalable front-end architecture using React JS.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, UX Designers, Architects, and Backend Teams.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.
- Mentor and guide team members on technical and functional aspects.
- Drive performance optimization, security, and accessibility compliance.
- Identify technical risks and proactively recommend solutions.
- Participate in solution design, technical estimations, and sprint planning.
- Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot to improve productivity and code quality.
- Ensure adherence to enterprise architecture and governance standards.
- Support production deployments and resolve critical issues when required.

Qualifications
