Technical Lead

Responsibilities

• Design and develop solutions in LWC, Aura, Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and other technologies
• Collaborate with both onshore and offshore team members to deliver quality code
• Conduct technical process reviews, technical UAT, and work in partnership with client business units

Qualifications

• Experience with Sales, Service and Experience Clouds
• Experience in Omnitracs and CPQ
• Experience with Salesforce Org migration, especially Service cloud
• Proficiency in designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions, including custom development, integration, and data modeling
• Experience with transforming business requirements/user stories to technical requirements
• Experience with building large-scale integration with Salesforce Platform leveraging UI to UI, API based and Data integrations
• Extensive experience with LWC, APEX, Lightning, SOQL, SOSL, Salesforce CLI, VS Code and other core Salesforce platform development tools
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Strong attention to deadlines and budgetary guidelines
• Proven leadership skills to lead and manage Salesforce development teams, including mentoring junior developers, conducting code reviews, and fostering a collaborative team culture
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify root causes of technical issues, evaluate alternative solutions, and make informed decisions
• Proficiency in documenting technical designs, configuration changes, and customizations for future reference
• Familiarity with Agile Methodology, Test Driven Development, and software design patterns
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business users, executives, and IT teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
