Technical Services Manager (Facility Maintenance)

Job Description THE TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER/FACILITY MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience. Nothing better than making someone's experience better or inspiring your team to play at a higher levelYou have never met a goal you can't beatYou can handle 100K days while walking five miles a shift & working an average of 50-hour work weeksThe ability to oversee all aspects of the business - from the most minor details to the big picture Requirements 21+ years of age3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance; knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus!Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain the facility machines and equipmentAbility to lead a team to create a memorable guest experienceTrue leadership capabilitiesNot afraid to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distracting conditionsAbility to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilitiesTypical work week: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, weekends and evenings as needed, and on call for emergencies during business hours What will you be doing daily? Developing and leading a team of 3-6 hourly team members to exceed guest’s expectationsMaintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all facility equipmentPerforming all scheduled and maintenance duties and responding to trouble callsDemonstrating proactive leadership by ensuring positive guest experiences and providing hands-on training to technicians PERKS!
