About the role
The Technical Services Manager/Facility Manager leads strategic initiatives and operating standards to enhance business performance and elevate guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead a team of 3-6 hourly team members to exceed guest expectations
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair all facility equipment
- Perform scheduled and maintenance duties and respond to trouble calls
- Demonstrate proactive leadership to ensure positive guest experiences and provide hands-on training to technicians
Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- 3+ years of relevant experience in building maintenance; knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus
- Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and perform necessary repairs and cleaning
- Proven leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, noisy environment with distractions
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written

Pay
$72,521 - $85,319 annually
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8 am to 6 pm, weekends and evenings as needed, and on call for emergencies during business hours
