Position Summary
Senior level technical services role supporting equipment maintenance, new equipment integration, facility engineering work, and equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems to ensure optimal equipment performance
- Develop, optimize, and improve preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime and improve reliability
- Analyze equipment performance data and lead root cause investigations to resolve recurring failures
- Provide technical support and training to technicians and operators on equipment operation, maintenance practices, and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and operations, to ensure equipment meets operational requirements
- Lead facility and equipment projects from scope development through execution and commissioning
- Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities related to equipment performance and facility systems
- Comply with all Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) procedures and requirements
- Document engineering activities, maintenance strategies, and project updates in CMMS and related systems
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or related engineering discipline, or equivalent combination of education and progressively responsible experience
- 3+ years of experience in equipment, facilities, or manufacturing roles (or equivalent hands-on technical experience)
- Experience with CMMS systems and maintenance program development
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills across mechanical and/or electrical systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Mechanics experience (optics/coatings/CNC preferred for your site)
- Leverage / Six Sigma experience
- Reliability engineering exposure
