Technical Services Coordinator

About the role

Hatfield, PA

Why Join Clemens Food Group? If you know sanitation well enough to walk into a room and see what others may be missing, this role lets you put that experience to work beyond simply executing a cleaning schedule. As a Technical Services Coordinator, you'll serve as a technical sanitation resource on third shift—working directly on the floor to identify sanitation issues, verify processes, support chemical management, and help execution teams correct problems before they become larger food-safety concerns. This is not a traditional people-supervisor position. Your impact comes from your sanitation expertise, judgment and ability to work with others to improve how the work gets done.

Why This Opportunity Stands Out You'll join an environment where sanitation is a collaborative effort. Instead of simply identifying a problem and handing it off, you'll have the opportunity to use your expertise to help teams understand the issue, correct it and improve the process. For someone who wants to build beyond sanitation execution into technical troubleshooting, food safety, verification and cross-functional influence, this role provides that opportunity.
