Role Overview – Technical Services

Provide technical support to field engineers, technicians, and product support teams in diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing computer systems, software, networked, and wireless systems.

Manage work assignments and tasks through a ticketing system.

Assist with computer moves, system imaging, deployment, and ensure proper documentation of equipment reception and removal.

Maintain and update accurate asset records.

Qualifications

• Required Certifications: Bachelors Degree and 0-2 years of experience. Must obtain DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification within 6 months of hire.
• Required Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI Polygraph.
• Candidates must be U.S. Citizens.

Target Salary Range

$40,001 - $80,000.
