About the role

This entry-level opportunity supports members at clubs, resorts, attractions, fitness or recreation properties through relationship-focused onsite service. Guest contact is central to the job. This is an on-site hospitality role with regular face-to-face interaction with guests, visitors, clients, attendees, members, or coworkers. It is not a remote position.

Responsibilities

• Welcome members and assist with check-in or account questions
• Explain amenities, programs, events, and membership benefits
• Resolve routine service needs in person
• Support member events and engagement initiatives

Qualifications

A strong fit is personable, dependable, composed in busy environments, comfortable starting conversations, attentive to details, and motivated to create a positive guest experience. Prior hospitality experience can be helpful, but many employers provide training for entry-level hires.
