Support sales reps, distributors, and service centers to resolve field issues
Conduct field reports
Assist in scheduling and supporting clients
Generate and develop new relationships within the assigned territory
Create and present product training programs
Represent the company at trade shows
Ensure procedures are communicated, implemented properly, and evaluated for quality and effectiveness
Responsibilities

Requirements
- 3 years of experience in boiler and water heater services in commercial/industrial spaces
- Knowledge of heating equipment, design, and boiler systems
- Experience with installations of commercial HVAC equipment
- Ability to perform hands-on troubleshooting
