Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training to technicians and engineers
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC/R system issues
• Maintain and repair HVAC/R equipment
• Document procedures and best practices
• Train new employees on safety protocols and equipment operation

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HVAC/R or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications
