Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth for gene therapy products in assigned territory
- Execute territory growth strategy aligned with sales leadership
- Identify and close new business opportunities
- Build relationships with key stakeholders in the biotech sector
- Ensure achievement of product spec win targets through strategic embedding
- Manage customer interactions rigorously in SFDC
- Deliver effective sales presentations and proposals

- Stay informed on market trends and emerging technologies
- Travel up to 50% within territory for customer engagement
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or Engineering
- 3+ years in gene therapy, including knowledge of cell culture media and transfection workflows
- 1+ years of customer-facing experience, preferably in sales
- Practical experience with Salesforce (SFDC) and CRM systems
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
