Job Summary

The Technical Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and placing top technical talent across a range of roles and technologies. This role requires strong staffing or agency recruiting experience, the ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and deep expertise in building candidate pipelines in fast-paced, client-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, including software engineering, infrastructure, cloud, data, cybersecurity, QA, and product roles - Partner with clients and/or hiring managers to understand technical requirements, business needs, and hiring urgency - Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, networking, and direct outreach - Conduct technical and behavioral screenings to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit - Present qualified candidate shortlists with detailed assessments and market insights - Coordinate and manage interview processes, feedback, and candidate communication - Negotiate compensation, employment terms, and start dates with candidates and clients - Build and maintain long-term talent pipelines for recurring and future technical needs - Meet or exceed recruiting KPIs such as time-to-fill, submittal-to-interview ratio, and placement targets - Maintain accurate and compliant records in the ATS/CRM - Stay current on technology trends, labor market conditions, and competitive intelligence

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent recruiting experience - 3–7+ years of technical recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing or agency environment - Proven success managing high-volume and fast-turn technical requisitions - Hands-on experience recruiting for technical roles (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, Salesforce, Cloud, DevOps, Data, Security) - Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS/CRM tools - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills - Ability to thrive in a metrics-driven, deadline-oriented environment - Must have experience hiring candidates with clearance for federal projects (MBI, TSC, Public Trust, etc.)

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience supporting Fortune 500 or enterprise clients - Knowledge of contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time placement models - Familiarity with U.S. employment laws and staffing compliance (W2, C2C, 1099, visa basics) - Experience mentoring junior recruiters or leading recruiting initiatives
