Technical Recruiter (Part Time Contract)

About the role

Apart from our headquarters in Minneapolis, we have offices in Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, New York, and San Francisco. This position is a part-time contract role.

Responsibilities

• Source, qualify, and interview candidates for open roles across the company.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and craft targeted job descriptions.
• Conduct initial phone screenings and prepare for in-person interviews.
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain relationships with external talent networks.
• Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a tech or professional services environment.
• Strong understanding of ATS systems and ability to use them effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar tools is a plus.

• Proven success in sourcing and placing candidates.
• Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruiting.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Passion for technology and a deep understanding of the tech industry.

Skills

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
