Key Responsibilities
- Own the recruitment ecosystem from intake and job posting to aggressive passive sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Utilize advanced cold-calling, networking, and direct-sourcing techniques to build robust pipelines of active and passive elite technical and consulting talent.
- Build strong, consultative relationships with practice leaders, providing regular data-driven updates, market intelligence, and strategic guidance on recruitment processes.
- Leverage advanced AI and automation tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude) to optimize sourcing workflows, screen efficiently, and reduce time-to-hire.
- Articulate the firm’s complex compensation structures, equity, and comprehensive benefits packages to successfully close highly competitive candidates.
- Ensure all recruiting activities align with the firm’s broader compensation structures, people development initiatives, and equal employment opportunity (EEO) strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 5–7+ years of progressive, full life-cycle recruiting experience.
- Industry Background: Proven track record in an agency environment and/or professional services/management consulting recruitment is strictly required.
- Technical Agility: A strong technical recruiting background with the proven agility to pivot between diverse skill sets and manage multiple complex requests simultaneously.
- Artificial Intelligence (AI) Recruiting Expertise: Proven track record sourcing and vetting GenAI, LLM, and NLP specialists; deeply familiar with assessing candidate experience in prompt engineering, agentic workflows, and deploying foundational models.
- Sourcing Excellence: Expert-level direct sourcing, cold calling, and deep-web sourcing capabilities.
- Tech Stack: Hands-on experience with modern Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday highly preferred.
- AI Tool Fluency: Practical experience utilizing generative AI and automation tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT) to enhance sourcing and productivity.
- Executive Presence: Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with the ability to influence and partner with executive-level stakeholders and candidates.
- Mindset: A data-driven, solution-focused, and highly strategic approach to navigating a high-volume, fast-paced corporate environment.
- Education: Minimum educational requirement of a High School Diploma or equivalent.
