About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Technical Recruiter Intern to join our People team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the full talent acquisition lifecycle—from sourcing and screening candidates to scheduling interviews and coordinating ATS. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to launch a career in Human Resources or Technical Recruiting.

Reports to: Global Director of Human Resources
Responsibilities
- Applicant Tracking System (ATS) coordination: Provide ATS administrative tasks—interviewers’ access, candidate records, pipeline building, and application screening in our ATS (JazzHR).
- Recruiting Operations: Track recruitment metrics, update job postings, and prepare weekly reports.
- Resume Screening: Review inbound applications against basic role requirements to help build candidate shortlists.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers across multiple time zones.
- Candidate Communication: Serve as a secondary point of contact for candidates, delivering timely updates and ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in identifying and attracting active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, campus outreach, and employee referral networks.
- Communicate with the Recruiter on follow-up tasks and updates.
Qualifications & Skills
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills with close attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
- Advanced Google Workspace and MS Office tools.
- Comfortable learning new digital tools (experience with ATS software and LinkedIn Recruiter is a plus).
- Driven, go-getter’s mindset, and entrepreneurship.
- Ability to handle confidential candidate information discreetly.

Compensation
The internship begins as an unpaid program, offering an immediate pathway to convert to a paid position based on a successful performance review at the designated milestone.
