About the Role

We are seeking a progressive, hands-on recruiter with deep experience hiring technical and skilled-trade professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried positions across manufacturing, field service, operations, and technical functions.
  • Build pipelines of qualified candidates through proactive sourcing, networking, and relationship-building.
  • Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies, define qualifications, and create effective sourcing plans.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders on hiring best practices, market trends, and workforce planning.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with staffing partners and workforce development organizations.
  • Analyze recruiting metrics and labor market trends to optimize hiring processes and improve outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in manufacturing, construction, field service, industrial, engineering, skilled trades, or related technical environments.
  • Working knowledge of employment laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
  • Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated success recruiting for hard-to-fill technical and operational roles.
  • Strong communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
  • SHRM-CP, PHR, or similar certification.
