About the role

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a high-performing Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in supporting firm-wide growth by proactively sourcing, engaging, and securing top technical talent across engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management disciplines.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies for technical and professional roles.
  • Proactively source, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, direct outreach, job boards, and industry channels.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach through offer acceptance—while delivering a positive, professional candidate experience.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to meet both current and future hiring needs.
  • Leverage recruiting metrics, market data, and industry insights to advise hiring managers and optimize search strategies.
  • Ensure timely feedback and alignment with hiring managers to maintain search momentum and candidate engagement.
  • Manage job postings, candidate communications, and recruitment workflows within Workday (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruiting process.
  • Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance sourcing strategies, tools, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive technical talent.
  • Proven expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday Recruiting experience preferred.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes.
  • Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry preferred.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (Workday preferred).
  • Strong understanding of technical and professional job markets.
  • Effective negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Pay

Pay Range: $28 – $36 per hour (depending on experience)
