About the role
Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a high-performing Technical Recruiter to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. This role plays a critical part in supporting firm-wide growth by proactively sourcing, engaging, and securing top technical talent across engineering, architecture, planning, and construction management disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies for technical and professional roles.
- Proactively source, engage, and attract high-caliber candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, direct outreach, job boards, and industry channels.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from initial outreach through offer acceptance—while delivering a positive, professional candidate experience.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent to meet both current and future hiring needs.
- Leverage recruiting metrics, market data, and industry insights to advise hiring managers and optimize search strategies.
- Ensure timely feedback and alignment with hiring managers to maintain search momentum and candidate engagement.
- Manage job postings, candidate communications, and recruitment workflows within Workday (ATS).
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal hiring policies throughout the recruiting process.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to enhance sourcing strategies, tools, and employer branding initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of three (3) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with demonstrated success sourcing and engaging passive technical talent.
- Proven expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with candidates and hiring leaders.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems; Workday Recruiting experience preferred.
- Strategic mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for hiring outcomes.
- Experience in the architecture, engineering, or construction (A/E/C) industry preferred.

Pay
Pay Range: $28 – $36 per hour (depending on experience)
