Key Responsibilities
- Leverage extensive experience in technical recruitment to lead the recruitment process for senior-level technical roles, focusing on Engineering, Product, and Design teams.
- Develop and implement advanced sourcing techniques to attract a diverse pool of high-quality candidates, including those with niche skill sets.
- Work closely with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, provide strategic recruitment insights, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates at every stage of the recruitment process, reflecting Traba’s commitment to excellence.
- Champion Traba’s culture and values within the tech community, positioning us as an employer of choice for top technical talent.
- Continuously refine and enhance our recruitment processes, incorporating industry best practices and leveraging data to drive decisions.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in technical recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for senior-level Engineering roles. 2+ years of startup experience preferred.
- A strong background in strategic sourcing and talent acquisition, with experience in identifying candidates with a range of technical expertise.
- In-depth knowledge of the technology landscape, current market trends, and the ability to engage with senior-level technical professionals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with both candidates and internal stakeholders.
- A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to executing recruitment processes.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Salary Range Details
The total compensation (cash + equity) range for this role is $100,000 - $220,000, based on market data and the scope of responsibilities. For exceptionally qualified candidates, we’re open to adjusting compensation accordingly.
