Key Responsibilities
- Source technical candidates using recruiting platforms, databases, and Boolean search techniques
- Execute outbound outreach campaigns through phone and email
- Conduct candidate screens and qualification interviews
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines aligned to active requisitions
- Develop and manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process
- Partner with senior recruiters and account leads on delivery strategy
- Track candidate activity and pipeline status in ATS/CRM systems
- Support candidate submittals and interview coordination
- Develop closing tactics to ensure sound onboarding of technical talent
- Act as internal Point of Contact for contractor hires post start date placement
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors Degree
- Experience: 2-5 Years of recruiting, staffing, or federal contract sales experience
- Experience with or exposure to full lifecycle recruiting (Federal preferably)
- Experience with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
