What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to assess hiring requirements and develop a plan to meet goals
- Provide consistent recruiting updates to hiring managers and business leaders
- Take a data-driven approach to assess effectiveness of sourcing strategy and interview process; own the recruiting process end-to-end
- Identify, attract, and hire top talent using various tools
- Focus on providing a great candidate experience at every stage
- Conduct thorough behavioral interviews to assess role and company fit
- Efficiently and simultaneously manage more than 20 niche positions
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
- Experience and familiarity with recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Gem, ATS systems)
- Experience with complex compensation packages and conveying them in a digestible way to candidates
- Experience creating and maintaining healthy relationships across all functions of the company
- Experience in ambiguity and under significant pressure with challenging deadlines
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
