Technical Recruiter
About the role
Radiance is seeking an experienced Recruiter to partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and perform full life-cycle recruiting. The ideal Recruiter will be a high performer who has proven recruiting and staffing experience and has the ability to establish and maintain an aggressive candidate pipeline by developing networks around common skill sets.
The ideal candidate will create job requisitions, post and advertise job openings, maintain records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), screen and distribute resumes, coordinate and set up interviews, and recommend placement of staff. The Recruiter will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a working relationship with various recruiting sources, including colleges and universities, and participating in job fairs. Performs other duties as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Determine staffing needs in partnership with hiring managers
- Perform full life-cycle recruiting
- Create and maintain an aggressive candidate pipeline through networking around common skill sets
- Create job requisitions, post and advertise job openings
- Maintain records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Screen and distribute resumes
- Coordinate and set up interviews
- Recommend placement of staff
- Establish and maintain relationships with recruiting sources, including colleges and universities
- Participate in job fairs
- Use direct sourcing strategies (e.g., referral generation, cold calling, online social networking) to proactively build candidate pipelines
Requirements
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad range of positions
- Minimum of two years recruiting experience
- DoD experience is a plus
- Knowledge of direct sourcing strategies to proactively build candidate pipelines that meet business needs in a cost-effective manner
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- US Citizenship with ability to obtain a clearance
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills
- Excellent interviewing and evaluating skills
- Detail-oriented and meticulous
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- General knowledge of various employment laws and practices
- Ability to travel for recruitment meetings and career fairs

- Experience with Workday
- Active security clearance
- 5-10 years recruiting experience
