Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting technical and/or go-to-market talent, ideally in high-growth or early-stage environments
- Exceptional sourcing instincts and a builder's mindset for outbound creativity
- High-velocity operator who thrives running many concurrent searches without dropping detail
- Strong judgment, taste, and an extremely high bar for talent
- Excited to grow within a fast-scaling company & build the talent function alongside the founders and leadership
