Technical Recruiter
About the role
The Technical Recruiter supports hiring across Engineering, Product, and AI-focused roles at C-4 Analytics. This is a high-impact role focused on building strong pipelines, partnering closely with hiring leaders, and attracting top technical talent.
Responsibilities
- Lead full-cycle recruiting for Engineering, Product, and AI-related roles
- Manage active requisitions with clear prioritization and consistent pipeline health
- Proactively source and engage passive candidates using LinkedIn, outbound tools, and creative strategies
- Deliver a steady flow of qualified candidates across active roles
- Continuously test and refine outreach messaging to improve response and conversion rates
- Run structured intake meetings to define clear hiring profiles
- Act as a talent advisor, providing market insights and pipeline visibility
- Drive alignment and accountability throughout the hiring process
- Run efficient, well-structured interview processes
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates from first touch through offer
- Help close candidates by proactively addressing motivations and concerns
- Track and report on pipeline metrics, conversion rates, and hiring progress
- Identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, and overall recruiting effectiveness
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on technical roles
- Experience hiring for Engineering, Product, and/or AI-related positions
- Strong track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates
- Comfortable building pipelines from scratch, not relying solely on inbound applicants
- Proficiency with sourcing tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and outbound outreach strategies
- Experience working closely with hiring managers and helping shape hiring strategies
- Ability to provide insights, guide decisions, and influence outcomes
- Moves with a sense of urgency; highly organized with the ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
- Results-oriented with a focus on continuous improvement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to engage candidates across a range of experience levels

Pay
We offer a competitive compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications. The salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $85,000.00. The starting annual on-target earnings for this position is between $90,000 - 100,000. The final salary will be determined based on factors such as skills, knowledge, and demonstrated expertise.
Schedule
We have a strong preference for this position to reside in our Wakefield, MA office. The Technical Recruiter may benefit from the flexibility to work in a way that suits them best. We offer the following working options:
